Twelve steps from log to loaded container — all under our own roof. Video factory tours and on-site audits are welcome.

Birch, poplar, pine and bamboo logs arrive from certified forest regions, are species-sorted and stacked open-air — the starting point owned by our own raw-material factory.

Logs are sawn to standardized bolt lengths matched to each product family — cutlery, sticks, chopstocks and boat stock each get their own dimension.

Bolts are steamed and boiled: this softens the wood for clean cutting, stabilizes the color and sanitizes the raw material before it ever meets a blade.
Steamed bolts are peeled into continuous sheets on our rotary lathes — the sheet stock from which sticks, stirrers and cutlery blanks are die-cut.
Hydraulic presses punch cutlery blanks out of the sheets in one stroke — high speed with consistent grain alignment for strength where it matters.
Blanks are kiln-dried to export-grade moisture content — the single biggest factor against mold and warping inside an ocean container.

Hot pressing, chamfering and multi-stage sanding turn sheets into finished knives, forks, spoons and sticks with smooth, splinter-free eating surfaces.

Every batch passes an optical inspection machine — blue-light cameras and software reject defects invisible to the human eye, with manual bright-light check tables behind it.

Automatic bagging lines fill kraft, PE or printed sleeves — including our own "Return to the Earth" eco wrapper — at 10 / 25 / 100 pcs per bag or single-wrapped.

Packs are counted, weighed and sealed into export cartons, each marked with a lot number tied to your order for full traceability.

Cartons are palletized and stretch-wrapped in the finished-goods warehouse — dry, off-floor and inspected, ready for release on schedule.

Containers are loaded under our supervisor's watch; you receive a photo report and the seal number before the doors close.
Ten product families, one roof: log to container, without a single outside handling step.
Our QC system was built to satisfy Japanese buyers — the strictest food-service importers in the world. It applies to every shipment, in every market.
Food-contact tested timber only; SGS reports on food-contact safety and heavy-metal content (see Certifications).
Moisture content, dimensions and edge quality checked at shaping, sanding and packing stages.
Cleanroom clothing, hand disinfection protocol, air shower and insect-control lamps in packing areas.
Final random inspection per order with photo records — buyers see their goods before the container is sealed.
